UniTrust Global Limited (UTGL) has learned that a Singapore-based company, UNITRUST GLOBAL IND PTE. LTD. (Registration No. / Unique Entity Number: 202402913M), has falsely claimed to be a UTGL subsidiary in an investment agreement titled “Singapore UniTrust Global Regulatory Agreement”.

UTGL unequivocally states that this claim by UNITRUST GLOBAL IND PTE. LTD. is false and misleading. UNITRUST GLOBAL IND PTE. LTD. has no affiliation with UTGL or its subsidiaries. UTGL has never been involved with or regulated the alleged agreement.

UTGL takes misrepresentation and fraud very seriously and cautions all parties to avoid transacting with UNITRUST GLOBAL IND PTE. LTD. UTGL reserves the right to take strong legal action to protect its interests and reputation.
